Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads using online platforms, databases, and industry directories.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and engage prospects.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure they are sales-ready.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve strategies and outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation approaches.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Leads Generation Specialist, Sales Development Representative, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of lead generation processes, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
• Familiarity with lead scoring models and B2B/B2C marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
