Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Model Training & Fine-Tuning:
   • Train and fine-tune pre-trained language models (e.g., OpenAI's GPT, Google’s PaLM) to align with business needs.
   • Enhance models with domain-specific knowledge for recruitment solutions like CV screening and assessment systems.
2. Integration with APIs:
   • Develop APIs for seamless integration of LLM functionalities into our SaaS solutions.
   • Utilize OpenAI and Google APIs to optimize model performance and reduce latency.
3. Custom AI Development:
   • Build AI-powered modules for CV screening, candidate assessment, and personalized interview guidance.
   • Implement advanced NLP techniques to analyze and rank candidates.
4. Data Collection & Preprocessing:
   • Collect, clean, and preprocess data for training and fine-tuning models.
   • Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).
5. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with product teams to align AI functionalities with product goals.
   • Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate AI features into user interfaces.
6. Continuous Improvement:
   • Monitor and improve model accuracy and performance over time.
   • Experiment with state-of-the-art architectures and techniques to ensure competitive edge.
